I just don't get it. There is basically no cycle movement with the trend up again. 7th cycle on new dose (1.25U).

I'm not sure about Gizmo's numbers. Maybe he just needs a little more juice to get back to green. Sometimes you have to go back up a little higher in dose than you were before to get them back on track.

Can I combine these two toghether (D-mannose & B-12 Methylcobalamin)? I already add the B12 to his food - can I add the D-mannose also?

Anyone else give this? Dosage? According to Tanya's she says 1/8-1/4 teaspoon 2x/day but also states "check with vet".
