Good morning!
AMPS 187 shooting 2.0u
Boomer left one entire serving of food last night, well except for the 2 wee chicken pieces I added to the top of it
We all have respite from the contractors for two days. Boomer has been pretty good lately, spending most of the day either on the bed or on his desk in the spare bedroom and I visit him often. Flooring is being done on Monday, hopefully shower on Tuesday, furniture being moved in on Wednesday. So they tell me
DH has only 7 more treatments to go! He's doing well and not experiencing a lot of the side effects that come with the radiation and we've been told that the couple of side effects that he is experiencing should start going away a couple of weeks after treatment ends.
Two days ago I took the opportunity (sunny day, DH at home) to go out in the afternoon and I visited the area where I had photographed the Wood Duck. A friend of mine had told me there were Common Redpolls (a new bird for me) hanging out near the pond. I found them; they were in a difficult location to get a decent shot (poor lighting) and they certainly could have picked a tree a bit closer to the path
but here is a photo of a Common Redpoll
