Yesterday
Good morning!
AMPS 142 shooting 1.5F

Boomer woke us at 2:00 but came to bed when I called him. Then at 4:45 something woke me....Boomer was sitting beside me and he cried very softly...I guess he wanted me to acknowledge he was there and/or give permission to lay down beside me He ate most of his overnight fuds just leaving a wee bit in each dish.

Allen ate well overnight.

Today on the agenda: well I was hoping for a walk but my knee is sore from yesterday so I guess I'll spend today editing/knitting. It's supposed to be nice tomorrow so hopefully I can get out for a short walk....cold/snow coming for 3-4 days after that

The actual smash session went well; little girl dug right into the cake! The family session that we did before the smash....not so much lol

Looking at that +3, and thinking back to AMPS, I believe the dose was closer to 1.5u than 1.75F

My plan is to go to a local park for a short walk but if that fails I will get on the treadmill for a bit.
