    Good Morning!!

It looks like RBC has finally broken. He was 209 at +11. He's dropping slowly, so I shot the full dose. This may be all my fault, as I did not get up in the middle of the night to feed him, and the drop in BG may just be lack of food induced
I shot him in the scruff this morning, hoping for a slower absorbtion. We usually shoot in the side.

    Yesterday's Thread

As far as daylight savings time (Thanks Sienne, for the reminder!), my weekday schedule is so tight, I get home at PMPS, so I think I will have to change the shot time 15 minutes at each shot over the weekend:

Fri 5:45pm - normal PMPS and the time I get home from work
    Sat 5:30am
    Sat 5:15pm
    Sun 5:00am (the new 6:00am)
    Sun 4:45pm (the new 5:45pm)

    Is this okay?

I'm not freaking  30 points an hour is okay.
I just fed him some 5% FF (normally he gets 0 to 3%).

Okay, now I'm just a little concerned. He just dropped over 30 points in 30 minutes. I have to leave for tbp in a little over 20 minutes from now.
Uh, any support and calming words, today...are welcome

Good morning Dyana. Breath deep, don't be afraid....give JD a little more food and test a little before going out the door. Leave some food out...a little higher carb than usual....this is what I would do. Don't know if it's the right thing, but it's what I would do. You and JD will be ok!!

When I have to adjust Spot's schedule, I usually do it in 15 increments at each shot. This works for us and Spot doesn't really know the difference.

How much is JD eating. Just make sure he has plenty to eat and he should be fine. You are getting closer to where you want to be. The first couple times shooting lower number are scary, you and JD will be fine.

Thanks for the reminder, we all need to adjust our schedules.

    Thanks Deb!
I have his timed feeder loaded with 1/4 can of 10% FF and 1/2 can of 7% Friskies on each side.
And I will feed the (2) cats the other 1/4 can of 10% FF (each) as I walk through the door.

I wish we got lunch breaks at tbp!

I'm late for work, and I'm running out the door. He just dropped another 50 points in 25 minutes. He's eating now.
Sorry for the dramatics...but, support needed, please....for this long day ahead of me.
    THANKS!

Dyana if it will make you more comfortable add a little HC to his lc food. I don't want you to worry about him all day.
He will bounce from this green.

(((((DYANA)))) Try to calm the pitter patters....HC will do him good. I know you will be tapping your toes waiting for the end of the day...believe me, I've been there and I know the feeling. But JD will be fine with the food. He will also start to bounce, so the numbers will go up.
Now, let's look at this from a positive point.....74 is a great number!! This is what you want to see!! Unfortunately, you would like to see it on the days you don't have to rush out the door...

I just wish J.D. would do this in the PM. You've been here and done that and J.D. has been fine.
