Morning All,
As Amanda (@Osha ) posted few days ago, we're still enjoying our ride at
our place. Father text me calling it ''honeymoon''. Thing is that yesterday the
honey moon turned into a vinegar moon, not a day to remember. Mess started
at 4 at the morning with epilepsy seizure at an hotel room we rented in Old Alexandria
to celebrate my trip home (future one). Started to go downhill afterward ending at
the ER with IV to have a medication I didn't have on me to stop seizure. This all
search for a solution ended up very good, had medication in the blood and prescription
for the ''carry on'' on. Amanda did amazing, she never freaked out even with I blew
one up in the car nearly trying to get out of the car while it was rolling..
We though we were set when back home (it was 3 in the afternoon) but a drama of
another nature was to come. The worst nightmare of any cat owners came in by text.
My pet sitter, for no reason, opened the back door to the patio and Small Kitty went
out like like a snake in the wild. HE WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN ! The reason for
opening the door is still unclear but it made me worried to the bone. No food, no juice,
out in the open with a pet sitter that might have been torturing him cause she didn't
know how to get blood... It's how we went to sleep last night, thanks Pet Sitter...
Luck or my mother up there was with us, she text me this morning saying he was
back hiding under the bed. Only then I started breathing. At 4 at the morning when
I woke up my vision was one of Small Kitty turned into a skeleton eaten by ketone,
not a good sight. But, even with a missed shot my good boy is still in the blue !!
So this is it, a day to be forgotten, to enjoy the little time I have with my fabulous
girlfriend.
Hope you guys never go through that kind of thing, not fun.
Enjoy your day with your Kitty.
