Happy Independence Day to those in the US.
Furball was happy & purry this morning. She's either being a flat kitty or experiencing some NDW. I hope she comes down soon.
I don't know if I thanked everyone for all your support and prayers when I lost Callie. It meant a lot to me and helped me a lot. I've been so out of it lately. So, thank you everyone.

I'm glad you let me know. I wasn' t sure whether to post this or not. The other day I was having a really hard time missing Callie. I went into a room where there is a chair she used to always be in. I couldn't see her with my eyes, but I knew she was there. I was able to say good-bye to her and it helped me a lot.Carla an odd thing happened when I was burning a candle for Callie. It was the way the wax dribbled over the edge and set. There was nothing in the way of the wax stream so no reason for it to have occurred. The melted wax set and broke off into the shape of a boomerang. I don't know if you've heard of those. They were a weapon used by the Australian aborigines to hunt. The special quality about them is that after they're thrown they come back. I ummed and arred about telling you because I didn't want to poke the wound and upset you but I decided that I should because it did seem to me that it was a sign that your Callie will come back to you one day.
