    Happy new year! My wish for everyone this year is otj or regulation!

    sitting up north with blowing snow outside, warm by the fire. Tuscany enjoying the warmth and the extra attention. Josie laying low. Hard to post much from iPhone -slow

    Think this is my first visit to your condo. Bee & I are still getting acquainted with everyone.
    A warm fire in the fireplace! Florida is great, but I sure do miss that!! :D
