YESTERDAY'S CONDO:

Max was up and hungry a half hour before he could eat and very vocal. I thought he might be high but it was a pretty normal amps for him. I got head butts this morning. He ate his baby food and after head butts went looking for more food. Hopefully he will continue to hold the reduction and the pumpkin will keep him regular without the need for Miralax.

Good health and appy vines to all in need. Have a great weekend.

Looking great so far this morning Max! Keeping my fingers crossed and holding my breath that he continues to hold the reductions Elise. I think Eddie's a lot like him in that he does a lot better with the small, gradual reductions. How nice of him to wake you up early this morning asking for breakfast. I hope you have good luck with the pumpkin. We added pumpkin for a while just as a preventative measure, but found that 1/2 of the pack wouldn't touch the food with the pumpkin mixed in.

Have a great day Elise!

Jen, Max does seem to be doing what Eddie did. It's just taken him longer. I used to give him pumpkin but he preferred Gerbers squash. Then I read the squash doesn't have much fiber in it. I've been giving him 1/8 teaspoon miralax but the new study has me worried so I decided to give the pumpkin another try. No action so far today but I'm starting small and so far he's eating the food with it mixed in. He used to need it only when on ondansetron but FD changed that as he hasnt been on ondansetron in a long time. He still pees a lot so I think that may be why.

Thanks for the encouragement Jen and Laura. Looks like it might be an active cycle.

:):D Lazy me skipped the spin class. A little light rain and I flake. It will probably pour tomorrow morning now!

You got rain? Send some up here, please! All we have are high, thin clouds.

I have been putting Gerbers squash in Cinco's food for some time, and it made him regular. He used to only go poo everything three or four days and it was hard and dry. Now he goes almost every day and it's more normal in size and consistency. It may not have a lot of fiber, but it does the job for us and he doesn't mind it at all. The other kitties won't touch it. Good thing they don't need it!

Another beautiful surf for Max. I just love the healthy numbers he's having. You must, too. :D

Thanks for visiting Carla and Tricia. Max doesn't mind the squash. I'll try it again if the pumpkin fails or he gets picky. The miralax works so well. It scares me though now. And yes I am loving his numbers. When will the white flakes go away?

I wonder if SEB syrup would work for him? I guess it depends on how constipated he actually gets.

Hope you enjoyed the day....there's always another day for spinning!
