Yesterday's Reduction


So far so good. How much of this is the 5 U still at play or is the reducie a good thing?. Time will tell. Fingers and Paws crossed. ;) Got some much needed sleep last night. BTB for a bit more. Hope everyone is well this AM

AAAAAwwwwww look at that face, how can you say no. Can't you supervise him? or would he just be off?
George likes to go out when his numbers are good too, he doesn't stay out long he just does a perimeter check and pops back in, but even so, it always makes me nervous when he goes out.

He's a runner. I have found him acres away from us. It was becoming so stressful for me to have to get my coat and boots on and go looking for him so I could test him. It was such a hard decision because I do feel his pain of frustration but, it has alleviated such stress off of me. His last day out was Dec. 21st. I told him if he goes OTJ he can resume outside time. ;)

OMG, I just caught up with yesterday's shenanigans. Two reductions in one week! Good work, Bubs! You'll be running around the fields again in no time, at this rate! So good to see him working the juice like a champ!

Bobbie, are you still sick? I had a sinus infection, then got antibiotics for it. Then I had an "uncommon" side effect of severe gastrointestinal distress for the past couple of days. I was taking Augmentin, which is amoxicillin and clavaunate, the same stuff in Clavamox that kitties get. When I gave Clavamox to Marshmallow last year, she had the exact same reaction to it! Extreme diarrhea and dehydration. I had to take her to get fluids and switched her to a new med. So I'm doing the same thing, drinking pedialyte for dehydration and am now on a different med. I guess like kitty, like human. :rolleyes:

Oh Shane, so sorry you had such a bad reaction to the AB. I can't take erythromycin for the same reason. I am kind of thinking this is sinus infection now. Trying to treat it naturally, drinking lots of water the netti pot, honey with turmeric, and drinking apple cider vinegar in water with honey. Tonight, I am starting to feel a bit better. :)

Yeah two reductions in a few days! Hope it holds for us. Time will tell. ;) Yea he is dreaming of mice lots of big old field mice and voles!

What did AB did they give you for the sinus infection? Amoxicillin is the usually the RX choice for sinus infections and at least 10 days worth.

I just had another sinus infection in December. I treated that one naturally but when I got this one, I thought it was time to pull out the big guns so I don't get another one. But seriously, I'd rather have a sinus infection again than relive the past two days!

I'm glad Bubba is doing so well, even if it is leaving you a little sleep deprived! ;)

I am going back to using my netti pot EVERY day. When I was doing that NO problems. Guess when Bubba got his DX I shaved off some of my morning routine to accommodate all the new stuff in my AM . I need to take care of me or I can't take care of everyone else. (NOTE To SELF)

He is keeping me guessing. At first when he went up to the 140@+2 I thought the 5u depot was drained and then maybe the reduction would not hold, oh good I can sleep tonight . Then,that little voice said: get up at +5.5 and see where he is = 93, then get another one @ 8.5-53. He would have sunk had I not listened to that little voice!

You have great instincts with Bubba. Hope he is up enough to shoot by amps, and that you manage some sleep.
