    Hi Lara,
It looks like River is in "dive" mode this morning, but maybe he'll get down to a good number and then stay there awhile.
Enjoy the day. Getting ready for Thanksgiving?

Thanks for the good wishes Amy and Ella. I've put in a request for good numbers for the long weekend.
And yes, Ella, I'm so looking forward to Thanksgiving. I love this holiday. Pumpkin pie!

    He listens to you, Carla.
    From 500s to 4s, 3s and now 234 at +2.

Today I got a stronger pair of reading glasses and practiced measuring a dose of 2.75.
I can do this. But I still need help figuring out what to do with the calipers

Thank you for the Thanksgiving wishes. I love this holiday.
Lots of healing to Suzanne and Tigger.

I was actually just having a piece and Papaya was eyeing me quite intently . . . maybe all the kitties that are running high tonight have been in the pie! I mean, they mostly do all like pumpkin . . . better lock the fridge

Well...I offered to help and got here late!

Those calipers are just perfect. I guess I need to know where you are having problems?

When I dose, I use the calipers, a 3x lighted magnifying glass, and a small light box so I have light above and below. I got the light box on amazon for about $30.

So please let me know where the instructions are confusing and you have questions. I did not measure BDs but it really doesn't matter. If you just get a really good BD syringe with correct markings, measure how much insulin is in 1u and divide by 10. So if there are 1.5mm in 1u, then each 0.1u dose change is .15 mm adjustment.

The calipers, headlamp and lighted magnifying glass saved our sanity!

Ah, sunny yellow... there are times when that looks quite lovely!
