Good morning!
Boomer ate most of his overnight fuds and spent a lot of the night stretched out next to me:bighug::cat:
Testing at +3 today. This Bean was much happier with yesterday's +3 of 86 than the previous day's +3 of 112. I still think he may have scored a kibble or two although DH says no and I know he is a lot more careful these days with Allen's food.

Yesterday was a long day; I had 7 mini sessions set up (one of which was a freebee) but two paying customers didn't show up; one emailed me to tell me her husband got called into work and the other one just didn't show up. Can't believe how rude some people are. Anyways, it was a long day and not worth the money that I actually made. And I have another day of mini sessions in a week. :mad:

However, yesterday morning we had just arrived at the park at 9:00 and I was walking to my location with my arms full of props and I saw some sun rays shining through the trees. I immediately dropped the props and ran back to my car for my camera.

Your photo is breathtaking and so majestic! I can see why you dropped your props and ran back for your camera!

Sorry about the poopy day yesterday. Some people have no regard for other people's time. So sad.
 
Love the picture! I've always had a thing for tree pictures. Sorry the sessions were more work with little reward. My pet peeve are late people and no shows even more. All it takes is a darn phone call :mad::mad: Hopefully this weeks sessions are much better.

Booms...we love the +3 yesterday so keep it green buddy. Extra scritches for both your boys Judy.
 
Nice +3 there Boomer! Nice of you to give your Mama no worries numbers, sounds like she could do with a smooth sailing Sunday after yesterday..
That photo is incredible..it doesn't even look real it is so very very beautiful..perhaps that sight is the real reason you were supposed to be there in that moment..it is incredible..have you ever sent your photos to the National Geographic Your Best Shot? That is SUCH a beautiful photo..
Argh...you know it is bad enough when people don't show or last minute cancel when you are shooting in your studio but to do so when you have driven to a location and brought props, setup, etc is really inexcusable. Beyond rude well into the stratosphere level of unacceptable..may they find themselves in a photo booth with wailing baby photos is my jinx to them..
Sheesh
But that photo is incredible..when I see something like that it invigorates my belief in a power far greater than ours, nature is magnificent...

Wow Thanks very much. I have submitted a couple of them in the past but did forget about them last night as I submitted this shot to a couple of contests. Thanks for the reminder and I've submitted it now! :) PS that shot made yesterday worthwhile and made up for everything else that happened :woot:

That is a gorgeous picture! I wish I would have remembered to take some pictures on our hike yesterday - it was just a beautiful fall day.

...and I can't believe that people would just not show up without even call - that really is rude. Maybe you should start charging people ahead of time, right when they book the session.

And, Boomer, keep up the great work!
