Good morning!
Thank you so much for all the thoughts and hugs! :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

AMPS 301 shooting 1.5u
Guess he's bouncing from coming down into blue yesterday :rolleyes:

Boomer ate most of his overnight fuds leaving a bit in each of +6 and +9

Allen ate well overnight, left a deposit in his lb, and wanted more food as soon as we were up today.:woot::woot:

We have been to the hospital, Dh had an injection, and we need to be back in 3 hours for the bone scan.

Today's photo is called American Goldfinch in the Wildflowers!

ETA: I usually pay around $75 for 100 testing strips. A new pharmacy opened up pretty close to us and they advertised "good prices on diabetic supplies". So I called them. 100 of the same test strips $58!!!! And she said she'd give them to me for $50. Sent DH thinking he could get a senior discount as well...they sold him 2 boxes of strips for $50 each but wouldn't allow the senior discount on top. SCORE!

Hoping for good test results today and good news.

Great that you were able to get a reasonable price on the strips. I forget that strips are so much more expensive in Canada than in the US.

Our feeders are full of Goldfinches right now. And I saw the White Crowned Sparrows again yesterday. We had a freeze last night (22 degrees F.) and the birds and squirrels are busy at the feeders.

Thanks Ella. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:

Lucky you to have the goldfinches at your feeders! For a couple of days in the summer we had a pair of goldfinches and a pair of house finches visiting....then they disappeared.

It's funny how insulin is so very much cheaper here however the strips are a ridiculous price!

Almost time to go back to the hospital.
We've been adjusting Boomer's shot time for the last few days so that we could shoot 45 minutes earlier this morning. And we're liking the new times! I can get out of the house earlier in the morning and we can get to bed earlier at night (because I always want to get a +2.5 or +3 before bed). So we're going to adjust it by another 15 minutes so that t/f/s is at 7:00 am/pm.

I hope you get good test results back. Sending prayers.

Glad both kitties are eating well. I hope Boomer keeps sliding down slowly. Great price on the test trips. Beautiful picture.
