Yesterday at Tricia's House of Chaos

We pulled the trigger this morning and took Cinco's dose up again. So far the results are underwhelming. I know, patience grasshopper! It's just so darned frustrating!!! :banghead:

Minka's great appy didn't last. She ate about 1/3 of the second cat food I offered this morning, and that was it. I haven't syringed yet, but if she doesn't eat the food I'm about to off her, I guess I'll give her some Cypro and Cerenia and see if that helps. She didn't seem to leak after her fluids this morning, but I had a heck of a time getting a good stick. It's always something.

Sasha didn't eat her breakfast, but she did eat some baby food and later in the day she ate the food Minka rejected. I just left her plowing through her dinner.

The Hoover is in the house and it's set on high! Good boy, Harvey!

Lovely, cool fall weather, overcast and breezy. Everyone should be eating, right? :rolleyes:

Tomorrow is Sasha's dental follow up. I don't anticipate any surprises (anti-jinx). That's my only appointment this week (so far - I'm hoping to get into the rheumatology department for a cortisone shot).

Appy vines on high for Minka. Must be so frustrating when she has those spurts of good eating and then, blah, back to food indifference.

Hope you get your appointment. More importantly, hope you get some relief. You have your hands full with your crew. Would be helpful if all those fingers worked.

Yo Cinco!! I think it's about time you come down to da lagoon and visits wif me! I gets lonely down here all by myself! Why don't you try to at least come down and help man the BBQ....you is so good at dat cooking stuffs!

Now I know! China's missing her best bud and that's why she's not eating as well!! (it's a theory.....LOL)

Minka....you're being a bad influence with that on/off appy of yours....why not just eat and make your mama the happiest mama on Earth?

Sasha....You keep being a good girl and at least eating slowly....slowly is much better than on/off or not at all!

Harvey...you just keep being Harvey! You do that really well :)

Hope you can get in for the cortisone shot...I know you don't like them, but if they help, that's the important part and you need your fingers to open all those cat food cans!!
 
C'mon Cinco- work that juice! (but just don't do it during Sasha's appointment, K?) Sending appy vines for poor Minka, Sasha and for Harvey, just in case. And hugs for you Tricia, I hope you are doing okay now that the radiation/marathon commuting is over. :bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
Paws crossed for good results for all your furbabies' problems, I don't know how you do it Tricia but you do, and are an inspiration to us all :bighug:

No stinky pinky at PMPS, but still higher than I'd like. That 100 point drop in three hours could mean trouble, or nothing. You never know with Cinco.

Minka didn't want her dinner. I pulled out that "therapeutic" diet kangaroo that Rhiannon sent me. Minka lapped up all the liquid but only ate a little of the meat. Everyone else is eating fine.

Yay for green for Cinco. :D Yay Harvey's hoover is back on high. :) Sending appy vines for Minka and good vetty vines for Sasha.
