To add to the confusion, Little Missy Fussy Pants pulled away during AM shot today. Nothing got in. She has really been a reluctant recipient of her insulin lately. Pulling away, twisting, jumping off the vanity. I don't get it. I did, however, get a couple of hours of good sleep this afternoon!
Her appetite is acro to the max. Almost frantic. Even caught her sink surfing this evening. Tail is still dragging, but she did get a flag wave going this evening at food time. Even a little trot down the hall. And we had a crap dash this afternoon. She's jumping up onto the vanity; she's finding sunny window sills, she just seems a little "down." I have an e-mail into my vet for an exam and bloodwork (had all that done six weeks ago, but things change) and an e-mail in to the Best Friends clinic for an abdominal ultrasound. Awaiting responses.
This go-round is different from the last episode six weeks ago. Her appy's back in force, but she still seems off. Day by day, I guess. At least she's on the bed napping now instead of in the bathroom cupboard where she has a little bed for the times when she's Garbo kitty and wants to be alone.
Keep the vines coming. We appreciate it.
