ThanksI hope things start to smooth out for you soon. Running a business and taking care of a FD kitty can not be easy. Sending you hugs and support through the wires.
What kind of a business do you run?
Sending prayers your way, Krystina.
Be sure to take care of yourself. Stress can be hard on the immune system.

The purpose of the +2 is just to alert you of an active cycle. If you are going to bed around the 2.5 then I would just wait till then to get the test. How about skipping a PM +2 and only getting a before bed... somewhere between +2.5 and +3.5?
If +2 and a before bed (even if only an hour later?) are equally important would you please explain to me reasoning?
Thanks.
Since Nelli is regulated, and your +2 is so close to before bed, I think you are fine to skip the +2. I hope her appointment goes well tomorrow and things go smoother with work. Sending prayers. How about skipping a PM +2 and only getting a before bed... somewhere between +2.5 and +3.5?

I think it's an EVID thing. I can actually steer Bubba's numbers upward with raw food. But the 2 hour before PS rule is more for newbies until they understand how their kitty reacts to insulin. No food two hours before shot because it will have an impact on the PS. OK, understood. How about a raw meal i.e. zero carb? How does this affect the PS number?
You might want to test her about 30 minutes after she eats to see what the raw does to her numbers if anything just for the sake of knowing. Like I said, a meal of raw can actually steer Bubba upwards.A bit confused... let me restate question differently-
Scenario: we have fallen off of 12/12 time temporarily. Shot time becomes 1-1.5 hours after Nelli breakfast/dinner time. Nelli is hungry. If I feed her 1-1.5 hours before a PS will this wonk out, throw off PS or not... because she is eating 0 carb; raw?
Thanks
Meaning a high reading similar to feeding a LC meal, right?a meal of raw can actually steer Bubba upwards.
