Yesterday

Good Morning, Everyone.

We had an insistent kitty trying to tell us that we were sleeping too late! But since it is such a dark, rainy day, we didn't have much light (we like being back on standard time because it won't be pitch black in the morning!). Rusty is asleep in his little bed by the radiator. The Halloween party must have been quite something.

The Mets have managed to dig themselves into a pit! Now they have to win the next 3 games. But it has been done before. As we NYC baseball fans say: "it ain't over 'til it's over". Let's go Mets!

Wishing all a fine day and continuing to send healing vines to all in need.

I hope Rusty heads down to the lagoon today. I'm glad DST is over. I hate dealing with the time change.

I hope the Mets can win. It's not over until the last out.

You are looking good this morning Rusty. A nice mid level blue, not too bad for a post Halloween AMPS. My kitties agree with you! They too though the bean was sleeping in way too late.

Me too on the preference for being back on standard time. It is light out a decent hour now. YAY!!! We are also dark and gloomy this morning, after a brief teaser of some sunshine. The weekend here has been a stormy one, lots of rain and snow in the mountains. All of which is good, as we so need the rains! It is so odd to see raging rivers this weekend, when only two weeks ago we were looking at drastically low rivers and lakes. what a change!

I watched most of the BB game too. I thought for sure the Mets had this one. well, as you say, it isn't over until it is over.

Yo Rusty!! Not a bad start today, but hope you make it down to the lagoon!!....after all that partying last night, a nice swim will help clear your head!

Actually, it'd be nice if the Mets won tonight so the Royals can come home for the 5th game....Kansas City has some crazy fans (as does NY!)

The Mets are waiting, too! 'Till Next Year!! Another devastating loss. Kudos to the Royals for taking advantage of Met's mistakes in those 3 games that the Mets should have won (game 1, game 3, game 5).
