Yesterday's condo

I think the stress from the last few weeks is starting to catch up with me. I made it to the shelter yesterday morning to finalize an adoption and do a dog intro with and I already started to feel sick there. By the time I made it home, my entire body ached and I passed out on the couch for the next 3 hours. And that was about all I did for the rest of the day, lay around, read and watch TV. Luckily, I have the best furry family members who make sure that I always have someone to cuddle with. I just wish they knew how to make tea. :smuggrin:

Not much is happening with my two boys. Neither one is showing any signs of working the dose they are on... but I have to admit that I was thankful that I just got to sleep last night. I really hope that I manage to get some work done today once my cold meds kick in. I still don't think it's the flu, probably just a sinus infection.
 
Be good to yourself, this is a sneaky flu that starts out with the symptom chain you describe...and the tired part of it is really pretty incredible..I know tired but this was intense.

Same here - I could literally sleep all day. The cats are loving it and they are pretty happy that their bean is just laying around! Little Iris really is the best cuddler in the world. She now likes to sleep partly under the covers, with her head resting below my chin, purring herself to sleep.

...unfortunately, the dogs are demanding a walk. So we are going to bundle up and walk around a few blocks.

And I have no clue what to make of these weird cycles today. Mandarin is looking great... and Walter looks like he ate some HC food (not that I have anything laying around, but his jump between +3 and +7 is definitely a bit strange).
