Gabby did a nice bit of surfing in green numbers!!

As much as I love cooking for guests, the clean up can always be the worst. I love my guests!! They are from the, "You cooked. I'll clean." school. One of the guys is the person who takes such wonderful photos of my kitties. He has a batch, mostly of Gizmo who is a complete photobomber, that he will be sending at some point.

@Ella & Rusty & Stu(GA) -- I have LOTS of leftovers! There were only 3 of us for dinner (plus the cats) and my mother taught me to cook for an army. The reality is that when buying a turkey, the smallest I could get since I wanted a Heritage bird was 12 - 14 lbs. Once you start adding in the veggies, sweet potatoes, stuffing, and dessert, there's going to be leftovers. Most of the time, I'm not a big fan of leftovers but somehow, turkey is different. I'm happy to be dining on leftovers.
