Good morning all,
Quickie start bc helper just arrived to neaten up winter yard and help with neaten up inside. Also help put up Christmas wreaths! That'll be about it for holiday decorating.

Sootie's ambg 63, appy gung ho soon as I reached top landing, then nope after bupe. Hate hate hate scruffing her, to keep head steady for squirts. She is not that way at all with homeopathics!

Wish could get photo of her drinking from remedy squirt bottle! As if returning to her bottle fed kitten times.

Azalea was ready and waiting for breffis. Still syringe feeding, hasn't gone for more liver shake or eating on own since that one non stop slurp!
Still does a cough/sneeze intermittently during fud times. Don't know what that's all about and none of the vets have commented on that.

Awww...Sootie has asked me to thank you all for the wonderful woo hoo's on this day 10 of her skipped shot/otj trial.
And we all chime in with her!

Brrrrrr....it is C O L D this morning or as an old farmer friend once said, mindful of being in mixed company..."It's colder than a witch's toe outside"

I got way behind (or the weather got ahead of me) in seasonal instincts. But dear kind helper and I got the pine branches cut and nestled around the two medlar trees and rhododendrons he planted for me this summer, got the wreaths and sprays on the doors, coming indoors pretty regularly for hot tea to thaw us out.

Wednesday he's planning to return to help with inside projects (no point in reminding DH....again x 4....about the projects!).

Definitely a woo hoo, doubly so now that she's reappeared from a nap under the bed and embraced supper.

And she ate supper, too! Yes, surely must be that azalea's cough/sneeze has something to do with fud irritating nasal passage. I asked OV's surgery assistant today about it. She suggested might be partly
bc anesthesia might not have fully cleared her system yet, still affecting the relationship of the sensation of food with the swallowing reflex. She's not congested, breathing is good, and is on the a/b. Also no nasal weeping or discharge or weeping or discharge from the surgery site, crossing paws.
