AMPS 83 :D:D shooting .1u
It seems like, in an effort to lower Boomer's levels with very low carb food, I actually caused him to go higher. I've been feeding foods slightly higher (4-5% mostly) for the last couple of days and he's been green except for PMPS last night and I can blame that on Boomer grazing while we were away:smuggrin:

Boomer woke me up several times last night, first one was a puke while he was laying in his bed. This alarmed me because Boomer doesn't usually puke. But a few minutes later he was crying wanting me to stir his food or put treats on it or whatever. And he can't seem to eat by himself during the night although he does just fine during the day. I'm not sure how I'm going to break him of this habit without just letting him cry and letting him go hungry if he chooses not to eat. Which I really don't want to do while he is on juice. sigh. Oh and he also visited the litter box in our bedroom and dug and dug and dug and then had a stinky poo :oops:

Today is my DH's family Christmas....his 5 brothers and sisters, their spouses, kids, etc! It's always a good time! And luckily it's at his sister's here in London this year since a lot of Ontario is under a freezing rain warning:nailbiting::rolleyes:

I've been getting up at his +9 for a while to make sure he eats then and to pick up the leftovers, all in an effort to get a good AMBG. But this need at +6 has just happened this time around since we changed his food because at first it was difficult to get him to eat the new foods. And periodically he decides to eat on his own.
 
I'm glad the higher LC food is helping Boomer stay green. Sorry about the vomit and stinky poo last night. I hope his tummy is better today. Enjoy Christmas with DH's family today.

You could use a feeder to resolved this. Both brothers are used to their +4 snack (10am and 10pm). They recognize the sound ans run to it if not already near on standby. The Petsafe 5 compartments feeder is very popular. You could fill it with little bit of food or a treat.

That's the feeder we have. Boomer prefer me to either stir his food, add treats, or transfer it to a plate:rolleyes:
 
PMPS (about half an hour late tonight) 86 :D:D shooting .1u
On the menu tonight: PMPS PB turkey and PB tuna. +3, +6, +9 WC turkey and the +6 and +9 have liberal amounts of treats sprinkled on top so that hopefully he eats by himself and lets this Bean sleep tonight.
AMPS will be delayed by about 15 minutes due to the lateness of tonight's shot.
