    Hi all,
Maggie sweetie pie is doing good today. Now she's asleep in her favorite chair by the patio watching the rain. Her poor ear; there is one ear that pricks better. I have neosporin for it.

Glad to hear Maggies doing well, minus the ears, lol, but it is well worth it for her progress.

Please make sure to get another test in by +4 at the latest. Maggie has had a nice drop and it will help to know what she's doing today.

    Hi Ronnie,
Yes, I did shoot .75 for the PM; sorry I didn't add my readings until this morning and forgot to add the dose. Thanks for keeping me on my toes! :coffee:

    Hi Sienne,
Yes, thanks for reminding; I will get a +4 today as I will be home this morning.

Nope - not too low. That's a perfect range to be surfing in. Ronnie's right - a little bit (a teaspoon or two) of LC should keep Maggie surfing.

    Thanks Ronnie & Sienne,
I did give her some LC dry Purina which she likes. Never liked the DM wet one though!

Gabby hated DM. If you look at the ingredients, you'll see why they don't like it. It's a really crap food.

    Hi,
What kind of LC food do you give Gabby when needed? I have some FF with gravy if needed or regular dry food (Eukanuba) which she used to eat pre-diabetic.

not sure if u know this, dry takes longer to get in, and longer to get out,,if u do use it, note it in ur ss comments

anything wet with gravy is good, FF choices for HC is usually anything marinated and grilled

    Thanks Ronnnie,
No, did not realize that about dry. I just checked and do have 2 cans FF grilled from neighbor whose cat wouldn't eat it!

I'm having some trouble with SS freezing, but at + 5 1/2 Maggie was 94. Sometimes this time of day my Internet Carrier is slow...couldn't be me

    nice green surf today!

Next time, you can try low carb wet food (just her regular food) when she's in the 70's to try to get her to surf. If that doesn't slow her down enough, then you can always switch to high carb wet for the next test. I would throw away the dry food, it takes too long to hit the system and it takes too long to clear back out again.
