Have continued with the 0++ shot this morning and withheld food hopeful she will eat and not go low in 2-3 hours.

when u say 0++...... Is that the fat zero drop plus a bit?

I like how u have in ur SS when she has snacks, this helps to see how, if any, food influences her numbers. keep it up! Its good!

Have you been feeling more comfortable with measuring the dose?
Have u tried the tips others gave u?
Practicing with used syringes?

How's Tasha doing? any updates?

Tasha has been doing very well thanks. She is very insulin sensitive I think and the fat 0 wasn't enough and the .1 too much. She is such a tiny thing. I am putting the plunger just hitting the zero line. I hope this works. So far so good but the day is young. I have been practicing with the insulin. I use a pen to draw from and it has to be tossed in 28 days, so I have plenty to "play" with. Besides the viscosity of water and juice is not the same as the insulin and has a different feel.

oops a sick tummy judging by her litter box. Maybe that accounts for the 202?.....or not.

Think Tasha is under the weather a bit judging by the litter box. Could it be the fancy feast? I have always fed her friskies but tried fancy feast last night and this morning.

awww, poor tasha. hope she feels better tomorrow...

 

+10=168. Thanks for your well wishes for Tasha. I m sure she will be fine. I have decided I may up her to .1 this morning depending on her AMPS. She is definitely fighting off something I think and a drop extra juice may help. I know that you may not agree with this choice, but I will be here to monitor and when my daughter with diabetes got ill, sometimes little extra insulin for a short while helped keep her numbers in check.
