Well, another 14 cycles, another 7 days. Emmett has earned another reduction. He's still looking green, and there was a low one at one point...56 a couple of days ago -- but still within the protocol.

Anyway, he's been bumped down to 3.5 iu. Hopefully all goes well. Thanks everyone.

Thanks everyone. Emmett seems to be getting more an more active every day. I'm also splitting up his meals more so I can feed him less per serving and spread it out. In hopes of tricking him into thinking he's getting more food lol. It seems to be working.

Now that he's having these greens without any crazy drops ...so far. I'd like to get him to lose about 2 lbs -- he's 14.8 lbs. Not anything crazy, but he's always been 12.8 - 13 lbs and a very bouncy, energetic cat...he still is, I don't think he knows he's gained 2 lbs. He started packing in the food when this diabetes kicked in and here we are.

Anyway getting the reductions in and more strict portion control is my mission.
