Yesterday

Gizmo ate his breakfast this morning, but was very reluctant to do so. My husband has to leave for an appt between +3 and +4 (his normal low point), so I went conservative with 0.5 unit this morning. Although since then, my work has been canceled due to the weather, so I will be home with him today. I think I’m going to go shopping for some different flavors of food. He acts like he is hungry, but isn’t happy with his normal food. Lately though, he will devour the HC food, which is a new flavor. :cat:

I just found out yesterday that my civvie didn't like the pate food texture of what I feed the cats (I do not give them a variety, due to another civvie throwing up anything new). So I pureed his food and he slurped it right up. Just something to think about.

I’ve wondered about that also, but he will eat shreds, pate, and mousse. So I’m not sure. Something to think about and try though if his pickiness continues.
