PMPS 143.
I didn't have the heart to keep testing all day since we have been doing so much at night! So I am glad to see that he was probably in a pretty flat curve today. He could have dipped down into green which I would have liked to see, but I decided to give his ears a break!
Hope to see green again tonight!
How long do we stay in the holding pattern? How do we know when it's time to increase?

If you don’t see green tonight I think I would increase in the morning provided you can monitor. He just might only need the increase for a few cycles to get him seeing more green.
 
YAY!

His nadirs are higher than we want them to be but he's probably bouncing from day before yesterday. Let's give him another day on this dose (6 cycles from the lows) to see how he does and take a call.
