I hope she works the increase. With meter variance + or - 20 %, this cycle was rather flat. So it could indicate that she is going to go lower in this cycle or next so grab a +2 if you all ready haven't tonight. If you missed that, then maybe a mid cycle test tonight would be a good idea.
 
I get up every 2-3 hours through the night to feed and check her even if I don’t test, she was fine. Sometimes it is all I can do to get out of bed and check her at night, I am exhausted after a full 3 months of not more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night and that is broken into 2 hour bits, so no sleeping through the night, I have health issues and it is taking a toll. I need to try her auto feeder, but I think I would still feel the need to set my alarm to make sure she is still alive, maybe I could just get up one time at +6 then rather than several times like I do now. I will have to go back to work eventually and I have so much I need to get done before that but am so tired during the day I get nothing done.
