3/29 mocha pmps 270 +3 237

WCR: didn't want to get up this morning and neither did I. Unfortunately we had to, and now she is eating her breakfast.

Her numbers last night were confusing. After her pmps she shot up and then came back down 100 points in 1 hour, then went back up at her +5, and is now back down again. She's a crazy cat.

hmmm . her insulin should be kicking in right now .. instead she is 50 points higher then she was this morning!

To me it looks like:
3/28 +2 BG 330 is a bounce from the 34, as is the continuing BG trend up.
3/29 BG 305 is after a snack, BG went up after eating, then include some liver assistance from previous day.
You could even have two liver reactions going on simultaneously -- 1. from 3/27, then 2. from 3/28.
I think things look good.

how is her mouth? are you scheduled for any follow up visits to make sure she's healing ok?

unfortunately we are not scheduled for any follow up car at the dental vet. She is just shy of 2 hours away from us and we haven't asked the local "normal" vet to do a check up on her. She gives the impression she really doesn't want to mess with anyone eles's work which we understand. We are going to start brushing her teeth tonight. We are going to use a q tip, mocha LOVES q tips, every morning she gets a "facial" with her own q tip so we are hoping she will be just as excited to have her teeth brushed with a q tip.

Today is rather dreary here and mocha has spent most of the curled up in her favorite blanket.

Perhaps these numbers are just a bounce but I hope they clear soon if they are!

hmmm .... stayed rather high today .. hope that means action soon and not that the dose decrease isn't holding.

 

Good luck getting those numbers down! This already looks better.
