Yesterday's Recovery Splash

Yep, in true Bubba style he jumped back in. At +8 which is usually his onset he was 69 so I gave him .75 oz LC and then at +10 he was 57 so I gave .75 oz of MC to make sure we could get to AM. That held him for almost 2 hours. With his AMPS number I think I am glad I gave it to him. Maybe I could have given him a bit less. Doesn't look like he will be with this dose to much longer. :D
 
I was pretty sure he'd be able to get back to greens on this dose. Good work, Bubba! Smokey is in the deep end right now so why don't you hang out near shore and encourage him to come chill out with you and catch some rays.

I think he played his cards just right, got everyone thinking failed reduction, and then.............Splash!! The Little Pirate is back at the Lagoon:D:D:D

A bit up for his +2, but he usually comes down, unless he has decided to bounce a bit to start the tonges wagging again:cool:

I am thinking that he went lower than the 57 at +10. I gave him MC and went BTB and I should have retested him in 20 minutes to see what was happening. I think that is what the big hike today is about. :banghead: Tonight, I won't make that mistake again.

Possibly or may the fact he dropped from 338 to 57 in less than 24 hours, the first part of the drop was also fast?
Don't beat yourself up, @+4 he is levelling so I think he will drop again, wouldn't be surprised if we saw green by pmps.:cool:

I thought of the fast drop contributing after I posted this and was vacuuming. A lot of my best thoughts happen then. ;) Hoping that is what it is rather than me being remiss.
 
I just gave my cats tuna juice but instead of it in water, was vegetable oil!! :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: What the heck is that going to do to the BG.s????

HA! for the vacuuming. And thanks for your response about the tuna vegetable oil. I was horrified when I realized it was oil and not my usual water. The cats and dog loved it!
