Yellow start to the day. By mistake I bought Spike a higher carb FF and hes been eating that with lower carb. Still getting some greens so Im not too worried. All P's in place and hes already relaxin in his porch. Happy Tuesday LL.

Glad that Spike is not complaining about his new menu!
I just weighed Jake and not sure if something is wrng with the scale or Jake gained 1lb.
I'm just crushed! He was strict on same amount of food (1/2 WELL and 1.5 FF) =240cal.
Otherwise everything is in place.

The new menus sounds pleasing ....lol....bet Spike hopes you keep making that same mistake over and over again, right?
