Good morning!
AMPS 104 shooting 1F

Boomer left a bit in each auto feeder dish last night and needed my help eating his +9 this morning:rolleyes:
Allen ate all of his Wellness Core turkey & duck (his favourite) and about half of his Wellness beef & chicken.

On Boomer's menu today: AMPS turkey pate, +3 turkey pate & chicken pate, +6 and +9 chicken pate

Not much going on here today. It's still overcast and a bit cooler. Our street is dug up in spots; they're replacing water mains and sewers and they only started last week. I thought Boomer would be hiding under the bed for most days because that's what he generally does when there's noise/traffic but he actually stands at the window watching them....well until they get too close :nailbiting::rolleyes: So the most exciting thing happening today is a hair appt later this afternoon:rolleyes:. I did get started on my income tax prep yesterday (business income and expenses) so I'll continue with that chore.

All that talk about turkey reminds me last Sunday I had DH take a turkey out of the freezer and put in the fridge in our hangar to thaw for a roast day of Thursday. Thursday arrived sent DH out to get turkey, I had bought all the fixins and trimmings for a big dinner. Cleaned the kitchen in anticipation of prepping the bird DH plops the bird on the counter it is still froze solid now you tell me how after 4 full days of thawing it is froze:eek::rolleyes: So I am donating it to a safe house for women today.I have no room in the motor-home for a turkey my freeze is full of raw rabbit, quail and venison for Fritz. Can't thaw it in here and cook later we are heading north and I have no free time to commit to a big dinner.
