Good luck with the new dose. I hope your dog's vetty visit went well.

Thank you for remembering....My doggie, Adori, has Chronic degenerative valve disease and Systolic dysfunction. She was diagnosed in June 2018. She has improved much but you never know what tomorrow will bring with heart disease.
Right now she is happy, playful and loves to eat. As long as she is doing well, I say things are wonderful!

Yesterdays visit went well, it was a routine check up with blood work. Probably by tomorrow I will have the outcome of the blood tests. What I am concerned with is her kidney functions as all the heart medicines raise the kidney levels. A no win situation!
But hopefully all will be stable.:bighug::bighug:

Come on down, YoYo. You like NDW way too much.

Good luck with the new dose and I hope the syringes continue to work better for you. We might find, because of the extra insulin he was getting in the MJ hub, that the dose might even need to be closer to 1.75u but we will take it a cycle at a time.

I’m glad things went well for Adori. Paws crossed on good labs.

Agreed! Both times we tried him at 1.50 units he dropped very low. 3/27/19 he dropped to 38 @ +3 and on 4/3/19 he dropped to 37 late in the cycle at +10.

He is somewhere between a Fat 1.25unit but less than 1.50 using the syringes with excess hubs. So that would put him using the new syringes at somewhere between a Fat 1.75unit but less than 2units.

I know that we will get him regulated, with baby steps or should I say "kitty paws" :joyful:
Thank you for your patience and for staying with us.:bighug::bighug::bighug:

Keeping my fingers and Adori's paws crossed for good blood results.:)
