That PMPS looks like he's gearing up for a dive. I've got overnight work tonight, so I'll be up waiting until it's time to begin around 0130. So if we're going to have another tug-of-war between HC and insulin tonight, I'm screwed if it can be finished by +6.5...
On the other hand, he might come down over 2 cycles like he did between 5/11 PM and 5/12 AM. I can live with that, but it will mean 24 hours without sleep. (If he reaches green on the PM cycle, I'm going to sleep after finishing my work and feeding their AM +4 meal.)
I fed 11% and I'm hoping it will slow him down. Because the carb % from calories can be misleading:
I have a 5.5 oz can of 15% with 165 kcal. This comes out to 6.2 gm CHO.
I have a 6 oz can of 11% with 250 kcal. This comes out to 6.88 gm CHO.
I gave the 2nd one. This is all just to say that I gave the equivalent of 15%, since the number on the SS makes it look like I chose something from the low end of the MC range.
