    Yesterday

    Good Morning L&LL,

    The LagoonMeister is taking a break this morning from his duties at the lagoon. Instead he's having breakfast and watching a chipmunk out the window.

    Rusty had a good night, ate all his nighttime fuds (I can't believe his good appetite these days!), and this morning after breakfast we went outside for a little while. Yesterday evening our "film society" was here (we watched "The Phantom Thread" on Netflix (strange movie!). Rusty was a good host, as always.

    Lots to do today. Wishing everyone a good holiday weekend.

    Thanks for the visits, guys. Rusty is tired tonight, but not too tired to eat his bedtime fuds. We watched "From Here to Eternity" on TCM this evening. That film really holds up well. I think I've seen it about 15 times!

    I love the expression on his face....like he's thinking "You just wait until I get out there Mr. Chipmunk!"

    Great to hear Rusty is enjoying his food and just generally feeling good!!

    Oh my, Rusty looks like he is giving that chipmunk a piece of his mind for daring to venture into the LagoonMeister's yard! You tell him, Rusty!

    It makes my heart happy to read about Rusty eating well. It needed a boost after all the sad news today on the Board. Please keep making me smile!
