Good Morning LL! :coffee: :coffee: Thank you Elsa! Nice start today, exceot for a bad mamabean. :oops:I was clipping Tess's rear claws and she moved. I've never drawn blood when clipping claws, I only take the tip off. I've cleaned it and put Neosporin on. What about Liquid Bandage? I worry about infection because of the LB.

WCR All 5 Ps, Clean Plate Club, Vines to all the kittehs in need of them and hugs to all their beans.

Nice and steady there Tess, hooray for the 5P's!

I know how bad you feel but I did something way worse, I didn't realize Tiger's nail bed had grown into her little paw, there were 2 like that. The vet had to cut them out, of course there was blood, and Dr. Laura recommended giving the convenia shot, which I let her do for exactly the reason you stated... :oops::oops:

Sorry on that oops.... I know it's pretty common for them to break on their own.... or get caught and pulled off....
no idea what would be safe to put on it....
I would think it would depend on whether or not she would lick it.
Scritches for Tess....

Aww, poor Tess. And poor Mamabean, who is more upset about it than Tess! Was it the actual claw that you drew blood from? I should think after a few hours it would be okay. If you nicked the pad, that might take longer to seal up. I know when Kisa had a claw that grew around and imbedded in his paw, the vet had us switch to newspaper litter to keep the dust out of the wound.

Sending healing vines. And Tess? A little less drama with the numbers, okay?

I crashed early last night so didn't see the latest round of drama. bounce this morning and a little R.

Thanks! Yes, mamabean was more upset than Tess It didn't bleed too much and I know they can, but it stopped soon. I think she was more upset about my ministrations.

Tricia, it wasn't the pad, just the very tip of the quick and we use the Tidy Cat Breeze lb so no dust to get into it. what I found on the internet was that super glue would be best to seal it!

Morning Ann and John :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Nice greens there yesterday Tess. Try not to bounce too much today ok? That +10 will do. Think blues and green, 'K?

Bummer on the ouch for Miss Tess. Kudos to you for even trying. Elsa would bite my hand off. And Lola? forget it. Bug? Maybe.... I'm glad all is well now. Interesting on the super glue, would would have thought that. A tidbit to remember. :)

Have a great day today! Surf well Tess.
