Hi Helena,

Did you see the comments the other day about the food??
Looks like the variety that you are feeding has had a formula change from 5% to 13%, perhaps that's causing the issue with the numbers.

How's Belle feeling? All the p's in place?

Oh, I guess, i might not have seen it, was the comment posted after the PMPS entry?
I probably missed that.
Thanks for re-posting about that

hmm... I am wondering what should i feed him not, i picked the Wellness Core (lamb, beef, venison) off that spreadsheet (somewhere from this site?)
Belle has kidney issue as well, so FF is not ideal for him

This is the updated sortable chart from Dr Lisa 2017
http://catinfo.org/chart/index.php

And this is the updated chart 2017 (not sortable)
http://catinfo.org/docs/CatFoodProteinFatCarbPhosphorusChart.pdf

The sortable chart will allow you to put in protein/carb/phosphorus requirements and come up with a list.

Some of the other flavours of wellness are lower in carb and p than the flavour you are using.

I thought you might not have seen my last post, seemed odd that you hadn't commented on it. I'm sorry you just got a new box of it, do you think they'd let you exchange it?

Thanks!!!! :cat::cat::cat:
I will check it out tomorrow (i just saw this comment, and it's now 12am)

when i read the chart last time , within the wellness core brand "beef, lamb, venison" flavor was the lowest carb and phosphorus
that fits in budget and available in local petsmart

but i guess the formula change affected the carb and phosphorus level

:-(
I wish they would just stop messing with the formulas.
As I'm not in the US, I haven't got any suggestions on economical options for you that might be low in carb and P, sorry.

Maybe ask in tomorrows thread title.
LowP and low Carb easily available economical options???
