Last condo

Luckily, Walter's BG has come back down a bit and I am happy that he is not stuck in pink. Three more days in Germany and then I will hopefully get him back on track quickly. It's hot and muggy in Indiana and none of my dogs want to move much. Several of my friends walked everyone yesterday and now they are all content to just hang out in front of the TV with my pet-sitter.

It's much cooler here in Germany - low 70s and rain... but at least Euro 16 soccer is on TV and Germany is playing tonight!

My new foster kittens are all doing well. Kristen is keeping me updated and keeps sending adorable picture. Here is a new picture of little Iris who is already posing for the camera like a pro:

Fern had her eye removed on Friday and is recovering nicely. She is still on Bupe and is a bit calmer than normal, but she is enjoying the company of her two sisters and is as sweet and cuddly as ever.
 
She's so cute. I'm glad Fern's surgery went well. I hope she has a quick recovery. I'm glad Walter is yellow this morning. I don't blame the dogs for not wanting to go out in the hot and muggy weather.
 
I love her scary teeth smile! Glad Fern's surgery went well and sending lots of vines for a great recovery. Looks like Walter is hanging in there nicely and don't worry...he'll be back on track soon enough. Enjoy the soccer game and GO Germany!

He'll get to meet them once I am back in town. Thankfully, a friend of mine volunteered to take them for two weeks... Taking care of three tiny kittens would have been a bit much for my pet sitter. Walter is generally good with the little ones, but it's my other two big boys - Mandarin and Capone - who adore kittens and like to take over the daddy role.
