Well amps are just a tad better than previous days.
Well he pooped outside cat box, so there is something going on, he does that when something is bothering him, he’s eating, peeing and pooping, I had moved litter box like 3ft, so I put it back, who knows:banghead: will watch for other signs.
Could use some vines and heal prayers please, getting the start of bronchitis
Gonna be a lazy day today
Hope everyone has a great day

Did he poo where the box used to be?

Hope you can ward off the bronchitis :bighug::bighug:

No, on area rug, I’m assuming it was him, he’s the only 1 who has ever done that, it’s usually right outside of box but not this time, or yesterday morning, both times on area rug

Can a cat have a reaction to antibiotics 8 days in?

    Oh, my.

I don't think it could be an allergic reaction to the convenia, but I would definitely put a call in to the vet. There's something up with poor Bella-- mouth breathing isn't normal, could be a bunch of different things but I think a vet should examine him (or at least you could talk on the phone to the office and they can ask the right questions to narrow it down).

I looked at those symptoms, the only symptom he is showing was the mouth breathing just for a few seconds and hasn't happened anymore, I will watch for other signs, he's eating, drinking pooping and peeing, should I rush him to vet anyway?

I think a phone call is a good idea. You found poop outside the litter box and you know he does that when something is going on. I wouldn't panic- just ask them for guidance.

I tt vets office keep eye on him, if he mouth breaths again, bring him in, they will do X-rays, is that normal for them to do that, I suggested pancreatitis since he had the antibiotics, read where they can cause that in the stuff u sent me to look at

Baby was panting at last vet visit. They x-rated her just in case there was a lung/breathing problem. I’m pretty sure it was her nerves as I had another cat do that. So I think it’s just a precaution to see if there is any fluid there.
When you put pressure on his scab does he flinch? I have read that it’s best to keep the wound/scab moist with an antibiotic cream.
I have heard of some reactions with convenia but usually early on & rare. I’m hoping it’s nothing & he ‘s just having an off day! I’m sorry you can’t rest up... I know they come first! Hugs

I've been cleaning it 2x a day with a wound care solution and pitting Neosporin on it, it's looks good, I was trying to prevent it from having a hard scab so not to bother him, he seems fine but I'm watching him so much every move he makes I wonder what's wrong, gotta make myself not hover over him, geez when does it let up some

Maybe all this (the breathing, the out-of-the-box pooping) is just a play for extra attention from mom!

Maybe he heard you making the early morning vet appointment, and said ah-ha, I know how to make her oversleep and miss it!

No, not really. She does get weekly B12 shots when her labwork says she's low, and I think that helps, but I don't know of any way to prevent pancreatitis. I do think that jumping on flares early with symptomatic treatment and fluids can sometimes help shorten them, but we've been pretty lucky recently (knock wood) and she hasn't had any in a while.
