Yesterday
Harvey seems to be feeling much better today.
He ate about half of his t/f/s meal. I added the remains to his breakfast and he finished it all off during the course of the morning. By the time I pulled his dish he had eaten all but about two bites of the entire can of FF! NO tummy meds today (so far)!
I'm really surprised because I did not turn on the A/C today and it was warmer than usual in the house. It was litter changing day and I knew I would be running in and out a lot, plus there was a nice, cool breeze blowing and I didn't want to close the windows. He ate all of his dinner, too. Looks like yesterday's issue may have been a one-off (anti-jinx). Maybe I can delay the UCD appointment another two weeks, after all.
I feel like I actually got some stuff accomplished today. Got the litter changed in all 5 boxes, all carpeted areas vacuumed (I do it myself on litter changing day. The rest of the time I run the robotic vacuum), and got everything put back in the cupboard that I had to take out while the microwave was being repaired. I even purged some of that stuff, too! I am a real packrat, so throwing things away is very difficult for me. I am always very proud of myself afterwards, though!
It was supposed to be over 90 here today, but the Delta Breeze came along and keep it in the mid 80s. Much better. Tomorrow is supposed to be another hot one (yesterday the thermometer on my car said 107 when I was in Lodi
). I'm hoping the breeze will stick around, but I'm going to turn the A/C on when I leave for my hair appointment, just in case. I don't want it any warmer in the house than it was today.
I'm hoping Harvey behaves tomorrow and doesn't pull anything like he did yesterday when I needed to leave! Hear me, Harv? BEHAVE tomorrow!
Sending healing vines to all in need, and hugs to all their beans.
Extra vines to Bubba, Trixie and Amy's DF, and hugs to Bobbie and to Amy.
