WCR: Most Ps in place. Little girl started not feeling good yesterday. Appy declined, very little LB action, curled up in ball for most of the night. She got ~100 mL sub-q fluids last night and finally pooped...smallish and smelled like moth balls. ewww! She had a better poop this morning and peed 3 times between 1:30am and 11am. I did get lots of snuggles last night at bed time and this morning at btb. Her right ear and eye are extremely itchy...if I start rubbing them, she almost falls over as she leans into the rub.

She was so sad and pathetic last night that I decided that she needed me to sing to her from the shower. I didn't hear her join in, so I figured that she just stayed out on the couch. When I got out of the shower, there she was...on the bath mat. So I sang her favorite verse, one more time, and she joined in! :joyful: Then I got her to jump up on the toilet seat and up onto the sink basin. From there, she got lots of scritches and love and an ear cleaning.

OT - sister's kitties: Teddy's poop is still runny and no word on Gracie's poop. I'm still inclined to think that this diarrhea is due to all the ABs they've been on, specifically the ClinDrops. My sister received the FortiFlora on Saturday (along with all the other toys I ordered for them!!!), but the vet doesn't want her to start them on it until their diarrhea has cleared up...doesn't want to introduce/change anything else to complicate the situation.

Sending healthy vines to all our sugar kitties and their hoomins! Blessings!

I hope Shasta is feeling better today. Soooooo cute that she sings with you !

I agree about the babies....I bet their poop issues is related to the meds. I think it's a little unnerving that a vet isn't considering this possibility since diarrhea is such a common AB side effect! Hopefully your sister will start seeing solid poop soon!
