Good Evening, Everyone,
Rusty had a small foamy vomit with freeze-dried chicken treat pieces in it about 3 A.M. After it his breathing sounded awful. I think he must have inhaled a treat. After about an hour he sounded better and this morning was all better. Thank goodness! He started the day in the Yellow Marsh, but came down nicely, spent time supervising the lagoon, and has a reasonable--almost normal--PMPS. Fingers and paws crossed that the bounce-and-drop sequence is on the way out.
Once again I am very late to the board. I have been working all day: this morning it took hours to balance the checkbook because I had made several errors of entry last month and the month before (bad me for letting a month go by and then having to do two at once!). We had a short walk in the late morning to clear the air. Then, after lunch, we bought the plants for our little greenhouse: rosemary, basil, oregano, citronella; and petunias for our window boxes and marigolds for a planter barrel. We then had to plant them! What a lot of work gardening is!!!
I find it hard to believe that some people actually enjoy it! But it's nice to have fresh herbs, and the flowers are lovely to look at. Anyway, it was 5 p.m. before we finished and then we vegged out.
Rusty has had good appetite today. He insisted on sitting in my lap while I was trying to eat dinner. What a cat!
Everyone have a good evening,
Ella & Rusty
