Sya is 6 months in from diagnosis tomorrow. She is no longer starving. She is walking better and peeing less.....and its tiring and poking her ear is grose sometimes, and I feel bad about it sometimes. And sometimes my needle technique isn't perfect and she notices the needle and I feel like a horrible cat mom when it happens, and sometimes feel stressed at work because I need to finish up and run home for evening cycle, and sometimes need to rearrange plans to fit in evening cycle.

But I test feed shoot because:

She cuddles with me in the AM
She holds interesting conversations with me when I get home from work
She attacks her furry mice with reckless abandon
She comes running at insulin time because the dried chicken and turkey is deeeelisshious
She cuddles with me when I'm having a bad day

    Happy anniversary Sya
