Yesterday

We're back on track today, numbers-wise. I do need to send Harvey to the China School of Green Pre-shots, though. He can't seem to remember how to do it.

Appy was okay today. Good enough that we skipped the tummy meds. He did get SEB in the wee small hours, so maybe that helped. He's eaten all of his dinner already and there's another helping awaiting him in his dish when he desires more.

Harvey was extra demanding this morning when I got up. He came into the bathroom and got on the counter for his drink and petting session, and did not want me to stop stroking his back. Twenty five minutes later I finally got him downstairs for a test and his breakfast. Who am I to argue with a purry cat that insists on pets? ;)

I was up way late last night (even for me) because after we got home from Sacramento I made the mistake of checking in on Tiny Kittens and discovered that the current Mama cat, Felicity, had surprised (and scared) everyone by going into labor yesterday morning and giving birth to two beautiful kittens. They were under the impression she had at least two weeks to go, but judging by the size of the babies, they were fully cooked. So of course I had to watch the birth! She's a beauty - a Snow Bengal. The daddy must have been a standard Bengal, cause the babies are the usual darker colors. Too adorable for words. They are already displaying the outgoing Bengal personality, too. The breeder we got Minka and Kisa from also did Bengals, and she said they were exhausting!

I received a pendant in the mail yesterday that I ordered from a guy that posted on the Grief Forum. Another member got one (sorry, I've forgotten who it was) and I fell in love with it, so I had him make me one. It's just gorgeous:

We continue to keep Amy and her family in our thoughts and prayers, and send extra vines and prayers to Elise and her DM. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Sending healing vines to all in need and hugs to all their beans.

I like your new necklace....

I'm still wearing my nose that was cast from Shadow's nose..... ( and shh ... still kissing it too)

we actually think Phantom doesn't purr.... trying to catch him doing so and haven't so far.... I never heard of a cat that didn't.....

I never heard of a cat that didn't.....
My Rowsie doesn't purr. (Unless that low growl that sends the other critters to far corners is a purr?) She also didn't meow until she'd been here for almost a year. Still makes very little vocal sound. (Feral background?)

Tricia, glad to see Harvey back on track! And demanding attention. Carry on, Mr. Harvey. Carry on!

Love the pendant. Very evocative. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

I love the necklace! Such a great idea. I'm going to look the artist up.

Harvey, have you forgotten how to have a green pre-shot or are you just trying to make your bean crazy? ;) Glad he didn't need meds to eat. I used SEB as well and I really couldn't tell how well it worked on Marshmallow but I figured it couldn't hurt.

@Squalliesmom has two bengals and they sound like a handful. But so cute!

I love the necklace!

Looking good, Harvey. But let's try for some green pre shot numbers, ok?

What a lovely pendant! I'm going to look him up, too.

Glad to hear that Harvey is back on track. I wish Squallie would take a lesson from him!

Yes, I have two Bengals, and they can definitely be a handful, lol! Little perpetual motion machines at times. But they are so sweet and loving (except to each other, they have a real love-hate thing going on). They are both very vocal, especially my boy. He grouches at my female all day (which is a horrible noise, unlike anything you've ever heard before, lol), and likes to sit in a window and sing, at top volume, the ancient song of his ancestors, "I Really Wish You'd Let Me Go Outside". She purrs like a an outboard motor, but he never purrs; I've had him for almost 4 yrs, since he was a baby, and he has never purred.
She's a beauty - a Snow Bengal.
Snow Bengals are gorgeous! One of mine is an orange, brown and black (tri-color) Marble, and the other is a Silver; they both have glitter, which is just beautiful.
