Good morning!

Osha was a naughty kitty the other night and helped herself to some lucky charms. :eek: When I saw the pink yesterday morning I cried. Then when I walked into the kitchen and saw the contraband on the floor I felt much better. At least there was a reason for the stinky pink. Silly girl paid for her behavior by having tummy issues and diarrhea and needed to have a bath. o_O Thankfully I had my daughter here so she could hold her in the tub while I washed her. Poor girl, she looked so silly when she was all wet. :p Hopefully she will be at a better number tonight at PMPS. It really does take awhile for the contraband to stop affecting her numbers.

I am still having a vacation hangover and trying to adjust to being away from Sébastien. I miss him terribly. :(

Naughty kitty. And they say cats don't like sweets. My kitten Chai disagrees as well as testified by her eating chocolate, lol. Be good now Osha.

I retested and got 31.

Then I tested myself because I couldn't believe the meter and I was 83.

What the heck?! DISLIKE!
 
Just open up the kitchen cupboards. I'm sure Osha will find something she likes fairly quickly.
You know the routine. Lather, rinse, repeat.

I never used Lev - but you could have a few good hours left to go in the cycle.

Levemir can have the nadir as late as the end of the cycle. Sebastian has seen that many time with SK
 
A good size slurp of carbs is needed and please re-test in 20 min. Repeat until Osha is in safe numbers.

Just a thought... You may want to try to get a test in earlier in the cycle just to make sure you know where numbers are heading. I'm betting your kitty was in low numbers during the PM cycle of 8/7. With the numbers you're seeing, I'd encourage you to get some spot checks during the PM cycle on a regular basis.

 
Good work. Glad you caught that low number. Hope that The Empress stays on the beach for the rest of the cycle. Keep testing - if only for the data it will give you.

Good! Congrats on the reduce.

I would have had a heart attack with that 28. I hate it when they drop so low and it is completely unexpected. Gizmo has only done it to me a couple of times.

Osha, yo girl, yur lookin good but easy does it on the lucky charms and the drastic drops.
