Miss P is actually pretty good. My GS is here so she's not that happy. But she's been purring and wanting to be in the same room. Even if it is to just keep tabs on the GS. Lol no phone calls from vet yet. They close at 12 so will be after that if she calls today. Head bumps and scritches hope everyone has a good weekend.

So vet called I missed it, she left message. The slides show mostly mature cytes. I was kinda confused by what all she said. But bottom line is we will do another CBC late next week to compare. It's possible it was a stress response. But she is a little anemic. It could either be stage 5 lymphoma or lymphatic leukemia. (Which she said is rare in cats?) Depending on the next set of blood taken, they want to do more differential testing. Maybe someone can understand my blathering. So really more waiting. She said she would call me Monday and see where we go from there. I'd rather do the blood test sooner than later. I don't know why vets can't talk english. I'm just confused.

Oh Angela, I wish I could translate what the vet said, but I can not. I hope some will weigh in.

When this BW was done, was there a reason for her to be under stress? Like you GS being there?

GS was not here yet. Just the fact of her having to go to the vet is a huge stress in her. But the vet seems to think her numbers were too high for just stress factor. I'm just trying to tell myself wait until next week to flip out.
