8/18 Tiger PMPS 116,+2 69,+3 54,+3.5 58,+4 62,+4.5 67

Very nice!!! Let's see how long we can keep him at this dose. I like his numbers on it.

Btw, you think he has arthritis and neuropathy?

I do yes. He walks with a sway in his back half that looks like arthritis from what I have seen online.
And then there are the twitches/jerks...some sort of neuro disorder.

I ordered some fish oil to try for the arthritis and it may help BG too.

I’m waiting to hear about how Tiger is doing this morning. I hope he will be up and about.

Has your vet seen him walk? Will he walk around at the vet if you put him down on the floor? It can be really beneficial to have a neurological exam done by your vet. I just mean a few simple things that they do on the table - and then to see him walk. If it were arthritis that would probably show on an x-ray. I’m not sure you want to go there yet.
I know you gave him Gabapentin before and it knocked him out. Can he have a smaller amount? Or some Buprenorphine? (Not sure what you have on hand.)

His BG numbers are so good! I bet he needs a reduction soon.

I hope he will be up and about.
Suzanne you are so wonderful!
Tiger is up and walking ok again! It seemed like his right rear leg was stiff-maybe overdid it a bit with his new-found energy?
Haven't addressed this with the vet yet-next visit we have arthritis and neuropathy on the agenda!
I have gabapentin and have given him a small bit in his food-that worked well. Don't need it this morning but will keep it in mind if he seems to be hurting.
You are an early east coast riser and I am on the west coast! Sorry to keep you waiting;)
Love to you and yours and Darcy and Leo and Julius:bighug:
