Sorry to just get to you now; hubby has been sick with summer cold.

The report you linked indicates that she has a proliferation of lymphocytes (which we obviously know) and that the anemia she has appears to be nonregenerative. What that means is that the bone marrow cannot make more red blood cells. It’s usually the type of anemia we see in CKD cats but it is the most common type of anemia in cats and can be caused by other things. The vet that did this report is suggesting that the more reliable test for reticulocytes be done to confirm what she/he thinks they see on the slide.

The report also indicates that the lymphocytosis could be attributed to leukemia that is seen in older patients but there are other causes for lymphocytosis. It’s recommended the CBC be checked again to see if the trend continues to be high lymphocytes.
