How's Belle feeling?
Still off his food?

Maybe an idea to check for ketones with his numbers running so much higher than usual.
 
7pm dinner (left over)

1u + snack + left over

left over is usually almost finish by morning (dunno which cat ate them tho)

he is still feeling a bit under the weather ...

There are two ways you can check.
1) Litter box lurk (I did this with George), wait till you see him go to the LB, George usually has a pee after his breakfast, so I would follow him, I had a ladle wrapped in foil, and scooted it under his bottom to collect some pee, once he's started peeing he won't stop, then test the collected pee with a ketostix. The strips are inexpensive and available at a human pharmacy.
2) there are some ketone blood monitors which test for ketones in the blood, the strips for these are more expensive, and having never researched it (I had no problem getting pee samples so didn't feel it was necessary) I don't know how much it's for a monitor and some strips. You would test the ketones in the same way you test BG with these.
