Happy appy, snuggles, feisty, and anti-jinxes are all in place. We had another VERY rough gelcap experience last night...I lost count of how many times I had to repack it but it took an hour for it to go down. Pretty nightmarish, and this bean was in major meltdown mode. DH is right...it always DOES go down, but he's never actually done the gelcap, so he doesn't know how incredibly stressful it is when Trix starts getting so tense over it...and how it HAS go down but it just won't. Plus the timing gets thrown off, and that carries through the next day, too.

But it did go down. She was tense with this morning's gelcap, but it did go down on the second attempt of the first packing. Phew. I don't know why the gelcap can be going along so well for months, then all of a sudden it turns into a major issue for a few days....

Her appy was sort of "meh" last night, too, and I think a lot of that was residual stress from the gelcap fiasco. She seems to be back on track this morning.

Today is a chemo day for my Dad, so I have to get moving. Have a great day, L&LL!

Morning Amy :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Looking good trixie! Sorry for the gelcap thing last night. Sometimes I think our furkids do that to us on purpose just to keep us on our toes. ;)

Good luck to your dad. I hope all goes well today.

Enjoy your day today!

Pilling cats is the worst.
The trouble is, once they have one bad experience they remember that and put up a fight next time, which makes that another bad one, and the self-perpetuating cycle continues.
Hopefully you'll manage a few more low-stress gelcap experiences and she'll go back to normal.

Vines for your Dad and relaxing thoughts for Trixie.

I guess I'm pretty lucky with the pilling. I rarely have to redo one. (ANTI-JINX).

Trixie, the faster you swallow it, the sooner the torture session is over!

Vines for your DF.
