Thank you Miss China for being a good kitty while mama was at the doctor!! .....Looks like you safely paddled around the lagoon today and stayed away from those mean and hungry sharks!!!

I had an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon today....I need to have my right knee replaced, but that's not going to happen while I'm still having to do everything for DM. It's been really acting up lately as well as my right shoulder (the left ain't great either) but I'm trying to limp along as best I can for now.

Have I mentioned how much I hate having huge needles stuck into joints?? He's very good, but it still totally creeps me out!!....and I got two....one in the knee and one in the shoulder! I just hope they work!!

OK kitties.....let's have some fun tonight!! Come on down to da lagoon and let's swim and play!! All kitties are welcome!!
 
Hi Chris, Knee replacement is popular these days, so I'm sure it will go well. One of the women in our group is a terrific mountain climber and has done all 46 of the High Peaks in winter as well as in the other seasons, many times. She had double knee replacement a year ago and was back climbing and hiking 10 weeks later. She was very smart and checked herself into a nursing home for a month of total recovery.

Yo Deputy China, I'll meet you in the lagoon in a few hours. All kitties need some lagoon play time.

Argh, knee pain is a real pain (:p)!

I got shots today, too - in two fingers. :eek::blackeye: No fun. Hope yours last longer than mine - I get about four weeks of relief then have to wait three more months for the next round. :(

Good girl, Deputy China, surfing safely (as far as we know ;)) while Mama was at the doctor.
