Walter once again outdid himself with his crazy roller coaster cycles... and I had almost started to think that we were past that point. In a matter of 12 hours, he went through every color from yellow down to light green and all the way back up to pink. Here's the recap:
I am exhausted... and terrified that he will do that on a day where I'm at work. At least for now, he earned himself a reducie to 1.25 (this was his third drop below 50 on this dose).
Mandarin is still the amazing flat cat. He got another dosecrease last night and is continuing to show no signs of working the juice.
Hopefully Mandarin starts working the juice after the dosecrease!
Walter.....geez Walter your ss is looking pretty colourful these days! But you know your mama bean likes greens and blues!
Have a good day Christina!
Yikes Walter!!! Time to head back to the surf team buddy. I sure hope Mandarin will start working the dosecrease soon. Does he seem to be feeling OK otherwise? Hope you get some rest Christina.
Yes, there's no sign of illness. He's constantly hungry and thirsty - but I'm sure that's the result of these numbers and not really a sign of illness. I almost wish he had an infection of some sort that could explain the last few weeks, but it sure doesn't look like it. His pre-dental bloodwork looked great too.
I am about to let a friend's dog out now so I can be back to monitor. I don't expect Mandarin to do any diving, but that was a pretty sizable drop. ....and Walter obviously just proved last night that he is not to be trusted.
I hope no one blinked when Mandarin made it to blue - it sure didn't last long. It seems like I have a brief hopeful moment with each dosecrease - just long enough to make sure that I can't give him a 0.5 dosecrease, but that I have to stick with 0.25. This is the highest dose he has ever been on, so let's hope that one of these days he will start working the juice for more than a half hour.
Walter decided to get out his beach towel and never made it into the lagoon... and his bean took a long nap with 6 cats and kittens cuddled up to me. Nothing better than Iris purring herself to sleep... and I'm pretty impressed that I managed to get up at all.
